Purpose
Create durable doctrine, capable institutions, trustworthy systems, evidentiary integrity and responsible forms of human stewardship.
Shared constitutional layer / version 1.0
The foundational constitution governing Doctrine Industries, Nilsoft, The Garden Institute and their ventures.
Foundational constitution
The Doctrine Charter is the binding constitutional layer inherited by Doctrine Industries, Nilsoft, The Garden Institute and future governed ventures.
It exists because systems without principles drift, institutions without boundaries collapse into one another and commercial pressure eventually reshapes work that was never meant to be governed by commerce alone.
Twelve articles
Create durable doctrine, capable institutions, trustworthy systems, evidentiary integrity and responsible forms of human stewardship.
Coherence before expansion. Capability before spectacle. Evidence before assertion. Consent before extraction. Stewardship before exploitation. Human dignity before optimisation.
Doctrine Industries holds constitutional authority; Nilsoft holds engineering and commercial responsibility; The Garden Institute holds human-continuity and stewardship authority.
Authority follows subject-matter competence. Technical control does not silently become methodological, ethical or constitutional authority.
Root IP, field IP, product IP, project IP and participant material must remain separately classified and explicitly owned.
Personal records remain attributable to their lawful rights-holders. Systems must preserve provenance, uncertainty, contradiction and original material.
AI may assist but may not become the final moral or constitutional authority. High-impact actions require traceability and proportionate human review.
Revenue supports durable work but does not override participant rights, evidence integrity, stewardship standards or institutional purpose.
Evidence, hypothesis, doctrine, interpretation and advocacy must remain distinguishable. Material errors are corrected transparently.
Each institution retains sufficient independence to challenge the others within its competent domain. Departures from standards must be documented.
The founder remains subject to the Charter. Succession must preserve authority, IP custody, domain control, records and public obligations.
Registers, exceptions, audits and amendments remain attributable and versioned. Entrenched human-rights and evidence principles require constitutional refoundation to remove.
Doctrine preserves meaning. Nilsoft preserves capability. The Garden Institute preserves human continuity.
